99% of all orders are shipped on the same day. When your order is shipped the shipping carrier will send you an email with the tracking number and an approximate delivery day. For any reason you don't receive the order, please contact us contact via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by visiting our order tracking at 1stperfume-orderstatus.
Q. How do I receive my tracking number?
For you convenience, an email will be sent to you by your shipping carrier with the tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow approximately 6 to 12 hours before tracking the package.
Q. How can I make changes or modify my order?
You may request a change to your order, provided that your order has not
already been processed and shipped. Please e-mail us with your exact
changes with details, invoice number and a contact phone number to our
processing department at email@example.com.
We will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has
not already been processed and shipped. Please send your cancellation
request, reason for cancellation and invoice number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will do our very best to cancel the order, and will send a confirmation
upon cancellation. There will be a $5 surcharge fee for cancellation.
If the order is already shipped there will be a 15% restocking fee. If
your account has already been charged, you can anticipate a refund to
your account within 1-2 business days minus the 15% restocking fee plus
the shipping charges.
Q. What if you are out of my product?
We try our best to keep all perfumes in stock, but in the event the fragrance you purchased is misplaced or damaged , we will contact you via email. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the perfume or we may offer you the fragrance in a different size or package. You can decide to either have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
